Going to be a very exciting year for us in 2024 as we start to expand our team and services here at KEMIO Consulting. With the new addition of Charlotte Beasley Eades who will be focussing on our UK permanent solutions it will free up Jade Page to grow our presence and services in Europe. I will be focussing on getting our contract and interim offering up and running throughout the UK /EU /US. We will also be strengthening our operations with the appointment of a Finance and Operations Manager.
In Q2 we will be looking to strengthen our team in US where we will be delivering both perm and contract solutions across North America. Our focus will continue to be on drug and target discovery, multiomics, drug development and life science data. We will be looking for experienced recruiters and talent acquisition experts in Retained, Permanent, Contract and Interim who wish to work on a global platform and help us build a sustainable, diverse and responsible work force who wish to improve human health and society.
We are already off to a flying start and I’m really looking forward to working with the team and growing KEMIO together. Being involved at such an early stage in the company gives its people the opportunity to help shape the culture, values and influence the direction we take. There will be plenty of challenges along the way which we all accept, and we know many mistakes will be made, these are normally the best lessons in life so we will embrace them.
