I founded KEMIO to consult and partner with like-minded people who want to improve human health. Since starting in the recruitment industry in early 2000 I have always enjoyed networking and dealing with people. My first venture into the life sciences was building teams of computer biologists to map out the human genome and since then I have been fortunate enough to be involved multiple projects across the globe supporting businesses in building and retaining talent to build a healthier world.

As CEO I am responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to align with the vision and objectives of KEMIO consulting. I build and maintain relationships with people within the industry to understand their challenges and create bespoke solutions to suit their needs. I’m also responsible for building, mentoring and developing the recruitment team at KEMIO, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Outside of KEMIO I’m passionate about rugby and creating and fun safe and sociable environment for boys and girls to play rugby. I lead and coach two age groups, one at Camp Hill RFC and the other with Solihull Vixens Rugby.

I have been heavily involved in growing Solihull Vixens Rugby a girl’s cluster club providing opportunities for girls aged 12-18 to play contact rugby. I also enjoy cooking and when not at work or at rugby can be found in the kitchen.

Please get in touch if you would like to join KEMIO and become part of this exciting company or if you are interested in working with us, please book in an appointment or contact me.
